I started xtention Solutions with one goal in mind – to provide a logistics resource to small to mid-sized shippers. I recognized long ago that logistics is not easy. Unless a company has an internal logistics staff, shipping their material could be confusing and challenging. I want to be the resource that shippers can use – as an extension of their company – to make the best decisions to meet their logistics needs.

I have assembled a team of professionals to be your logistics advocates. We work for your best interests and understand that your success is our success.

Upon graduation from the University of Rochester, I have held management positions at RPS (now FedEx Ground) and Ryder Logistics. More recently, I was responsible for logistics procurement for Eastman Kodak Company.

Thomas Bell – Vice President

I bring 17 years of logistics experience to xtention Solutions and the hope that I can share my skills with organizations that have the desire to implement innovative supply-chain solutions. 

I started my career at a small wholesale distributor where I was introduced to the logistics business. Along the way I held positions at several corporations. To further develop my analytical and logistics skills, I earned an MBA from Syracuse University in 1995 with concentrations in finance and transportation management.  Upon graduation, I moved on to various positions with General Electric, Ingram Micro and Eastman Kodak Company.
